The reception was very helpful, but unfortunately the room smelled really damp, so the impression was a bit scary, if it smelled good it would be very comfortable with a pocket-friendly price.

I stayed for 1 day. The room was stuffy and unkempt. Many things were dirty, especially the bathroom. Lots of limescale. Not very clean. I've tried changing rooms, but most of them are like that. Hopefully they will renovate the rooms to make them cleaner. And if it's for a family, children will be charged again. Even though most other hotels offer free children's meals. Even though children only eat a little, they are charged the full amount. They will reprimand guests, which makes them uncomfortable when eating. Finally, my child refused to eat and returned to the room. They put the restaurant staff in a bad mood. They became security guards, hehehe. The rates are not cheap. The rooms are not comfortable.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. Please provide a mini fridge in the room so you can store drinks.

Yesterday I stayed on the 6th floor, best view from the room!! When it's sunny, Jimbaran beach, the toll road, and even Mount Agung and Mount Batukaru are really beautiful. You can even see the end of Seseh from the room, I really liked it, I will definitely come back again. Suggestion: please have security in front of the hotel to help vehicles going down towards GWK, because I was hit when I was going down by a motorbike that suddenly cut in (even though the car had already given way). It's very dangerous if there is no security or a person with a flag in front of there. Don't let this happen to anyone else.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the Uluwatu area. Access and location are excellent, but there's always traffic, and the bed linens and towels are a bit lacking in cleanliness. They look old and barely washed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, allowing me to explore South Bali.

Strategic location on the roadside, very close to GWK. The rooftop has a clean & comfortable swimming pool and you can see GWK directly from above, it's great. The rooms are clean, comfortable. But unfortunately in some spots the building is not very well maintained, it seems that attention needs to be paid to upgrade the building to make it look more well-maintained. For breakfast, there is not a variety, with a bland taste, this should also be considered. Overall, everything is so-so.

The hospitality was good, the security and receptionist were helpful, the room door couldn't be opened at first, it turned out the battery was dead, a technician immediately helped.

The staff were very friendly, one of the staff helped my child put on traditional Balinese clothing.

For the room is very clean yes, but for the table during breakfast maybe it could be paid more attention because when we wiped it with tissue there was still a lot of dirt (because the table is black so it is not that visible but the tissue is very dirty). For the food you should also pay attention, yesterday I tried fried noodles and fried rice (on different days) most of them were hard so it was difficult to eat and ended up not eating.
