I enjoyed staying with my family in 2 connecting rooms..

The rooms are spacious, close to Simpang Lima and valet parking is provided.

Front desk Mr. Triar was very helpful from the start, very polite

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is very strategic. This is the third time staying at Holiday Inn Express and it has never failed. Thank you.

An easy location for us to walk to the city center and culinary.

The hotel is strategically located, close to the city center. The food is delicious, but suggestions include more variety.

Lack of swimming pool, so far the rooms are okay but there is not enough entertainment for the kids hehe this is for business, not for families

Stayed here because of transit but also vacation just wrong hotel booking. Because this hotel is suitable for business who just sleep. Because there are no facilities whatsoever. There is no swimming pool kids club etc. Parking is also narrow. Moreover, the breakfast is very very not recommended not much variety. There is only egg corner and the employees are not helpful. And have to bring your own stuff to the room no one helps with self service like that. Not suitable for me

Standard 3 star hotel close to Simpang Lima.

Good hospitality from the staff and cleanliness of the room as well as the food.

i was stay with familiy for holiday eid mubarak and it was full occupancy, the hotel location near simpang lima, the room was clean and tidy, parking space is very limited we must used valet service but its free, the food variety not much and slow refil for high season.. but overall it was good experince..

for a 3 star hotel, there is no swimming pool, it's a bit expensive. I wasn't careful when booking this, I thought there was a swimming pool because the price was quite expensive, the same as a 4 star hotel, next to the Eid price. but so far it's ok.

Overall very satisfying, limited parking space and overcome with free valet parking.

the hotel early check in must go up to the 2nd floor lobby, and there is a trolley to carry luggage up, independent without a porter (it seems like a self-service concept hehe), but we were facilitated by the valet system from the hotel so we just left the car key to the valet staff, at the check-in counter the staff (Ms. Kristin) was very friendly and the room we received was very much in accordance with expectations. also all guest equipment needs are met. very strategic location in the middle of the city, close to the Pancasila square (junction five). not far from there there is also a souvenir shop Juwana, Elrina

Transit 1 night for 2 rooms with family during the peak of Eid homecoming flow. The room is fragrant and comfortable. Couldn't get a connecting room, the AC was freezing cold. Access to Simpang Lima is just walking. Sahur meal is quite complete. Thank you.

It has been since 2019 and is the choice when staying in Semarang. Strategic location, comfortable, clean, fragrant rooms. Friendly staff, once left something behind and was still helped well. The security guard is good and very friendly. Fun.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and the impression was good, so I went back again and again, but this time it was a bit disappointing, I was on the 11th floor but the hallway smelled musty and the smell of the carpet was not dry. What a shame
