suitable for kids. in the lobby there is a mini playground so you won't get bored waiting, and you can take as much popcorn as you like. the car park is spacious and you can choose to park in the front or back. it's so spacious that kids can ride their bikes (bring your bike from home). the pool is quite large, spacious and clean and well-maintained. it's always crowded here because there are many other customers, but it doesn't matter. in the room there is already a bathtub and a refrigerator even though it's old. although old but well-maintained.

very happy to stay at narita hotel Surabaya. although cheap affordable but amazing facilities. there is a bathtub in the room, swimming pool, gum. the gym equipment is good and still new. the food is delicious. there is a welcome snack popcorn and free takjil. can refill water drinks. and I was surprised that I was allowed to check in before 12. I am very happy to stay at narita

The hotel is nice, if you say it's really big, it's not, it's just standard, but the staff are super friendly when they're there, it's pretty good.

Narita Hotel is a long-standing hotel and beyond my expectations, it turns out that this hotel, although an old hotel, is clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly. What surprised us the most was when we wanted to check in, not only was there a welcome drink but we could eat lontong kikil as much as we wanted and popcorn. The food menu in the restaurant and the breakfast menu... tasted very good and there was no difference in taste.

we went down to the restaurant around 7.45 and the food was already finished even though when checking in it was informed that the breakfast time limit was until 10.00. waited for more than 30 minutes and the food was still not refilled, we asked the officer on duty but couldn't answer and instead looked confused. the restaurant service was really disappointing, in contrast to the room service which was quite satisfying

Highly recommended. With affordable prices, you can get very special facilities, just regret the restaurant. Very slow! It turned out that there was only 1 employee and the cashier was empty because they were helping with the kitchen. The food variants were limited and all were sold out including drinks, even plates and forks were not available because there was only 1 employee serving more than 100 guests. Finally after almost 1 hour, fried rice and vermicelli were just starting to be filled as part of the main menu, I wanted to cry. Please, the management should add employees to the restaurant, poor thing yesterday the waitress was exhausted and panicked all by herself.
