Nice budget hotel in Makassar. Close to Panakukang Mall

The room is quite spacious and quite clean, but the water suddenly becomes cloudy in the morning (during my second stay), the hot water shower is always hot, when I turn it to cold, no water comes out, the employee service is quite good, the parking lot is big enough for several cars, but when it's really crowded, it's full.

I spill from the parking area. 1. although the parking area is narrow, there is security who always helps. 2. reception, during check-in during high season, the price is Rp300,000 net including breakfast. waited 15 minutes for the room to be ready. 3. lift, out of 12 floors, only 1 lift is functioning. exit door instructions are easy to find. 4. restaurant, for a room price of Rp300,000, you can get a decent breakfast compared to similar hotels. 5. room 609, to turn on the lights using a ving card is quite difficult, it takes 2-3 minutes to be able to. 6. the room is quite spacious, there is a window. sufficient lighting, TV broadcasts are available, the AC is cold. the bathroom has hot water, the water is strong. amenities soap, toothbrush, slippers, water heater, sugar, coffee, tea are available. 7. towels are quite clean, new sheets. but for the blanket, I'm not sure whether it was replaced or not 😄🙏🏻 8. I checked out at 1 pm without additional charge. 9. all staff are friendly and helpful. next time I'll stay here again. budget rp300,000 nett is quite cheap.

Stingy hotel. When I wanted to break my fast, I couldn't even ask for a spoon and bowl. The receptionist said they didn't have any more, not that they couldn't. A really poor hotel doesn't have spoons and bowls. Slow wifi, ordinary room. The toilet had stagnant water. Asked for a single bed but was given a double. It's better to just look for another hotel in the surrounding area that's better.

The staff are very friendly, very helpful in the check-in process, check-out, card extension, 24-hour receptionist. Security is very helpful, vehicle parking and security, very helpful. The room is very clean, spacious, roomy and comfortable, has an interesting view, especially having a large window, so you can get fresh air from outside if you are tired of using the AC. There are many snacks around the hotel, so there are many choices of food variations to choose from. and most importantly, it is very close to the Panakkukang Mall shopping center. basically the best !!!

Maybe the floor is mopped once in a while, although it is clean from trash but not clean from dust.
