The hotel is in a good location. I found the place to be quiet. The conveniences for guests are worth mentioning.

very clean, the room is tidied up every day

The hotel location is very good, near Bukit Bintang and TRX Mall. Next to the hotel there is a kk mart, 99 mart, 7 eleven, food kiosk. The hotel also provides drinking water refills, the breakfast price is also not too expensive. The room is good and spacious, drinking water is provided every day, only the cleanliness needs to be improved because even though the floor of the room has been cleaned, there is still a lot of hair and dirt, the bed sheets are also not clean so we are not comfortable and often itch. The room is not soundproof so when there are other guests staying right in front of the room, it is really disturbed by the sound of the door opening and closing the door and their voices are really loud when talking

The hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. The bedroom is clean and neat, however, the taxi driver may drive you to the other Prescott hotel. Make sure you mention clearly the address.

The hotel is in Bukit Bintang, located just behind Berjaya Times Square, which made it super convenient. There's a convenient store nearby, and the hotel itself has a café. The street also offers plenty of food options, so it's great for dining. The nearest station is the Imbi Monorail, which you can easily reach by walking through Berjaya Times Square. The room was very modern, spacious, and clean—one of the best I've stayed in. I stayed for 2 days, and they made sure to clean the room and refill amenities like water and tissue. There's also an iron available in the hallway. The receptionist was very helpful and available 24 hours without any extra charge. There was no deposit or extra charges during my stay, except for the tourism tax, which was rm 10 per night. Overall, a great stay with great value for the location and service!

Very good choice if you're vising Kuala Lumpur for the first time. The room is clean, your room got cleaned every day and also the towels are being replaced everyday. Overall my experience staying here is very good.

The bed plus mattress were so light and kept moving. While I sat on it, it moved away and I fractured my tailbone when I fell on the floor. I'm still having pain just sitting down, walking and climbing stairs. I can't bend to pick up my luggage.

Clean and close to city center

I have stayed at Prescott many times because it is comfortable, safe and easy to find food and close to KK.

The room is cleaned every day, when the staff cleans the room, the items left in the room are safe, nothing is lost, thank goodness :)) the room is quite big for the price of around 300 😍

CS is friendly. You can store your luggage after checking out without any additional charges. Wifi is stable. The price is around 300 thousand rupiahs, it's suitable, no need to be extravagant. (AC is a bit loud, bidet is sometimes noisy) The plus is that there is no deposit or payment of 10 RM for foreign tourists. And it is safe from disturbance.

cheap but great hotel, there's a sevel mart beside the hotel and open 24 hours. You can walk about 6 minutes to the Imbi MRT Station and near bus stop to Singapore.

Great hotel, soundproofing is not good because it was built a long time ago. Other than that everything is great. Staff is very friendly

Charged 20RM for tourists, whereas in other places it's only 10RM. Other than that, everything is ok, according to budget. Check in/out process is quite fast.
