A hotel suitable for families. The location is in a strategic area but the room is still quiet, not disturbed by noise from outside. got a room for a family (3 adults + 1 child) with a swimming pool right in front of the room. Children can swim at any time but we can still supervise from the room.

Bali Rani is the best hotel because the service from all the staff is very, very friendly.

The service is very friendly, the room is small and looks old. When taking a shower the water is clogged, so the bathroom is flooded. Calling the staff, the response is about 10 minutes and there is indeed a problem with the septic tank. 10 minutes later the problem is resolved.

It's very comfortable and quiet to stay here, suitable for those who want to heal. Very strategic access, very friendly staff & complete breakfast.

The hotel needs an upgrade for the rooms. Especially the mattress. Not comfortable, not soft and hard. Room furniture if possible can be upgraded. Bfs OK, please concentrate during the cooking process between halal and non-halal food. (especially when frying non-halal and non-halal meat so that the containers are separated). This is to respect Muslim customers. Overall Good. The staff are very friendly. Especially the Reception section. 🙏🙏🙏

This is my third stay here, the last time I booked 2 rooms with my family, on the spot when checking in I asked the receptionist who was super nice to arrange a connecting room, even gave me a free extra bed. So far I have stayed in several hotels in Bali, this is the friendliest and most helpful. The breakfast is also really good.

Bali Rani Hotel is located very close to Discovery Mall in Kuta. So to enjoy the beauty of the beach and also Sunset just walk 10 minutes from the hotel to Discovery Mall. To buy souvenirs is also close to Lippo Mall.

The environment is nice. Close to everywhere, very close to Discovery Mall. Places to eat are close. Only the room has a lot of mosquitoes. Maybe because there are many plants around. But overall the hotel is good. Very family hotel 👍.

Alhamdulillah, our family felt comfortable and safe, especially for breakfast with a varied and delicious menu plus all the staff served wholeheartedly. Salute.

The hotel interior is old but still kept clean. The location is very strategic, very close to Diacovery Mall and Waterbom. Our room was upgraded to a family room where the room was spacious but the lighting in the room, especially in the bathroom, needed to be improved. The breakfast menu is less varied and the taste is also lacking.

Got a room where the AC was leaking and the TV often turned itself off, the TV was replaced, and given a replacement room but in the replacement room the AC sound was noisy, other points for this hotel were good, the swimming pool was also good and clean, the staff was kind and friendly, and next time you come here, hopefully the AC will be replaced.

Almost every time you go to Bali, you definitely stay at this hotel. The waiters are friendly, kind, the location is very strategic.

It was very pleasant to have a staycation at this hotel. Starting from the check-in process served by a friendly and very informative frontliner, friendly staff in all areas. Clean and comfortable place. Basically family friendly. The position is also very strategic in front of the Kuta Discovery Mall, where every afternoon there is a dance performance at the back of the mall with a sea view. Amazing.
