Comfortable but old hotel. They are renovating the hotel. I was moved to another room on the second day due to renovation. A bit of a hassle. But maybe after renovation they will improve.

The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety. Near to shopping malls. Friendly staff. Good facilities. Near to Putrajaya tourist areas. Affordable. Good services.

5 minutes walking distance to Alamanda shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staffs. Room is spacious.

The staff was so helpful. Knowing my son needed a nap, they allowed us early check-in. The hotel is located very near to a mall. Nice for a short getaway.

Been staying this hotel several times. This is my 1st experience booking this Everly via app. Usually booking been done directly via hotel. And it's surprised me, I've been mingle room, like what? Bed is hard not comfy as usual.

Overall 4.5 star. Should improve variety of meals during breakfast.

Great place. Room is spacious and clean. Near Alamanda shopping centre can just walk there too. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool a bit small but the gym is fantastic. Love the breakfast and overall experience.

Very old style hotel. Charging port got problem. Charge my phone very slow. Every plug same. And the bed bottom got some tissue didn't clean up when check in. Very disappoint with this 4 star hotel?

very fast check in at the counter by the receptionist Malay guy. rooms were clean and tidy. very helpful housekeeper. will definitely come here again for another staycation

Very smooth check in and check out even though many people were checking in. Got upgraded. Very big and clean room. Kudos to the Malay guy (forgot his name) at checking in counter for making the process faster and smooth.
