Very fun and amazing

I stayed here with genuine expectations, but the experience left me disappointed. The bed sheet and pillows had an unpleasant smell, and the blanket had a strange, squeaky texture that made it uncomfortable to sleep. As someone working in the hospitality industry in Bali, I found this especially unacceptable. Breakfast was another disaster. Almost no variety, and what little there was tasted awful. I ended up skipping breakfast for the rest of my stay because it simply wasn’t worth touching. For a property operating in this market, delivering such poor basic standards is shocking. If management doesn’t address these issues immediately, guests will have every reason to stay far away.

I always stay here when I'm going to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and the location is very close to the airport.

The noodles at breakfast were not tasty, I asked for a half-cooked fried egg but it was not responded to, there was only one coffee machine that had cappuccino, had to wait 2 minutes/cup for the cappuccino to come out of the machine, there were 2 people in front which meant we had to queue for 4 minutes, if each person took 2 cups you can imagine how long the queue would be for a cup of cappuccino, there were no staff that could be asked for help in the breakfast room, there were only ordinary waiters who delivered, filled food, and cleaned up dirty dishes, the standard of the waiters at the cafe was still better, the room smelled a little damp, either because the bed was near the bathroom or the damp smell from the pillowcase/sheet, a 3-star hotel but at a 4-star price.

When checking out it was fast and didn't have to wait long.

The carpet felt damp and dirty, overall OK.

The room was clean, fragrant, and I really liked the Dove soap and shampoo. All good 😉

Indonesian food is not very tasty, for foreigners there is less variety of food, there is only bread, jam and egg

When we first checked in, we were given room number 416, the bed legs were one short, the room smelled like it hadn't been used for a long time, finally we asked to move rooms.

Near mall area and many food places around, and easy to get to the airport, just enter the highway and you’re on the way to the airport.

warm staff...but for the hotel room corridor and hotel room...the room is very stuffy, dusty, the hotel carpet is very dusty...until I moved rooms twice. The extra bed is also ouch...I kept sneezing in the room. It's different from last year 2023. The room was clean, the carpet was clean, the room smelled good, breathing was also easy. but this time...it was really uncomfortable. It was really stuffy for a sensitive nose like me.

Fun for the family. The staff is so friendly. Love it!!
