The hotel staff is friendly and patient, they were there at the time of check in. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, there is live music but it is not noisy from the room, the AC is cold. I want to come back again when I go to Bali.

everything was nice staying at this hotel, but only the road access to the hotel is narrow for cars.. The room is ok, the swimming pool is also ok, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is quite good..

Neg: Wifi can't connect, AC is very noisy, even though it's set to Fan Low. Food is a bit bland, bath water is salty. Pos: Near Kuta beach, nice swimming pool.

My family is very satisfied. The AC is cold. The water is warm, the WIFI is good. The service is top from the Front Office, to the Waitress during breakfast, all of them are very helpful. Thank you very much to the Room Attendant who really helped us. Must be able to come back here again later.

the location is very close to kuta beach and restaurants around. the pool is nice. my son was very happy.
unfortunately when I ordered food at the restaurant on NYE the food took a long time to come and the drink I ordered was iced tea, I had to ask 3 times until it was finally brought. maybe the room service was busy and the staff might be lacking. I left my debit card and only realized it at midnight but it wasn't handed over to the night shift so I only received it in the morning.
the breakfast was okay. and the FO staff were very kind.

The only minus is the road to the hotel which is 1 car. If you go there, it's better to just grab it..
We happened to take a room right in front of the swimming pool.
The room was ok, got a laundry bag too,
For those who like coffee machines, use Nescafe Dolce 🥰
The food is ok,,
Halal and non-halal are separated.
The direction to Beachwalk and Kuta is also just a walk away, in front there is M Mart and Pepito for snacks.

We arrived very late in the morning so we could only rest for a short while so we couldn't really experience the hotel as a whole, but it was quite close to Kuta beach.

I like the atmosphere the most, it's close to Kuta beach and Beachwalk mall, it's very clean, the service is also very good, friendly... especially the receptionists are very friendly, the food is also delicious... if I come back to Bali, I'll stay at The Bene again ❤️

The hotel itself is good but what makes it more pleasant and enjoyable staying there is the staff. Adi surya, Vani, Listi, Putri, Lyra, Bella and other two in the reception including new interns are amazing folks that exemplify Balinese hospitality. From security personal to kitchen staff, reception staff all are amazing here. And most importantly these are very young people but their competence and professional attributes are at par. Thank you y'all for making our stay amazing here in Bali.
