We are delighted to hear that you had a pleasant stay and appreciated the spaciousness of your room, which featured two bedrooms and a living room and enjoyed the complimentary fruits and evening refreshments that come with our club room privileges.
However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the bathrooms, particularly the non-functioning heater in one of the bedrooms and the poor water flow that caused water to pool on the floor. We take all feedback seriously and will ensure that our maintenance team addresses these issues promptly to prevent any future disruptions.

With regards to the vegetarian breakfast, we understand that it may have been inconvenient for some fellow guests who preferred non-vegetarian options. Indeed with the current trend of lifestyle that focuses not only on health and well-being, our Management had made a conscious decision to focus solely on plant-based options in order to provide a healthy and sustainable dining experience to all our guests.
