The staff is friendly but the toilet flush was an error twice and the cleanliness of the bathroom water needs to be improved.

For a 3-star hotel, it's pretty good. Access from the station is close, only 5 minutes (if there's no traffic jam). Near becak, got a broken water heater, but it was quickly replaced. Great 👍

2x stayed in Serela, the water was always off

I read some negative reviews, but when I checked in, it was really clean and tidy 👍👍👍👍

Second time staying here. 1. The location is still in the city center but a bit troublesome because the road in front of the hotel is one way. 2. The service is quite adequate, very safe. 3. The facilities are indeed lacking for those looking for a swimming pool, including minimal for me, especially the vehicle parking. 4. Breakfast is quite varied and fits my taste. 5. Complete bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, toothbrush + toothpaste). 6. The TV signal is a bit disturbed, it often disappears suddenly, fortunately I don't really need a TV. 7. The wifi is slow. 8. Entering the room smells of cigarettes even though I ordered a non-smoking room. This second stay was a bit disappointing, actually different from the first experience. A bit unlucky. Overall, all the shortcomings are no problem for me except for point 8, it's really that comfortable with Serela Merdeka. For other advantages, please feel and tell us yourself.

Yesterday I stayed 3 days 2 nights at this hotel, when I entered the room the smell was really unpleasant like a room that had not been used for a long time, the carpet was really dirty, the small pillows with yellow sheets had stains like someone else's but the pillowcases were not changed, the bathroom flash in the morning couldn't be turned on at what time, the AC wasn't cold enough, even though breakfast was already at 8, a lot of food had run out and the tea had run out and it took a long time to get refills and the spoon cloths weren't very clean so I couldn't eat.. at least the room had an air freshener so when I entered the room the scent was fresh and not musty, maybe it was from the carpet too which was really dirty and had lots of stains too.. and for the wifi yesterday it didn't work at all, it was connected but there was no internet network 🤦🤦🤦

Not worth the price. Had to wait for breakfast? You've got to be kidding me! This is the most awful thing.

The staff is nice, but the room is a bit stuffy because it's small, and the carpet is shabby, the AC isn't cold, breakfast varies 👌

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The building and rooms felt quite shady, with wallpaper and furniture showing clear signs of neglect and lack of maintenance, not mentioning the dirty carpet.:(The TV kept pausing and playing on its own, which was frustrating. The hot water didn't work, and despite calling twice, the technician just mentioned that the gas was being set up. Why not always on? We also booked sahoor upon check-in and confirmed it to be served in our room. However, when I called again at 3:30 AM, it still wasn't delivered. By 4 AM, we had to go downstairs to the restaurant and wait, which was really inconvenient. For the price, I expected much better. There are definitely other hotels at this price point that offer a far better experience.

As for the service, it's good but there are some things that make it a little uncomfortable, the toilet flush button is stuck so it's hard to flush and the room is not soundproof so you can hear the voices of people passing by and children running around in front of the room. Other than that, it's okay, the food is also delicious 👍

Comportable hotel for family staycation

With that price, it's enough, both the size of the hotel room and the food, only the drink dispenser was broken. I stayed there for 2 days, I thought the dispenser in the restaurant would be fixed. But it looks like it's been broken for a long time

The staff was friendly, although I did check in at 2 am.

Very bad, toilet is broken, water tap is broken, several times the staff tried to enter the room without permission using the hotel card access as a reason for checking, it is not safe to leave things in the room

1. Broken door (if you want to enter the room you have to ask the staff for help, and it turns out that something is on fire? How can it be rented? Finally the room was fixed when we were in the room and it was not right😭😭. 2. The closet is old, even the flush is really loose. 3. The shower is problematic, can't activate the top shower or the cable shower because they turn on at the same time. 4. The TV can't even be pressed normally, so you have to call the staff / have to squat so that it hits the sensor😭😭. 5. The food 😭😭😭😭😭. Omg full 😭😭😭😭😭

It's really fun to be able to gather with family and it's close to the mall.
