The hotel staff is friendly, the room is comfortable. It's just that the shower area has an uneven floor slope so the water doesn't go straight into the drain.

I was a bit disappointed with the club room I occupied, the bathroom smelled of rust, the shower was about to come off, the water flowed slowly because it leaked everywhere, the glass in the sink had lots of white stains, the sheets smelled musty, the TV had lots of ants, even though there were lots of channels I couldn't watch them, the food tasted bland, there was only a small menu

First stay at Alana Hotel: 1. Parking is narrow, the car is parked on the side of the road. 2. The room is not soundproof, the room next to it is noisy. 3. The refrigerator is not cold, complained and finally replaced with another refrigerator. 4. The food is not tasty, and not varied. 5. Refill drinking water is taken by yourself in front of the room.

wow this is one of my favorite hotels. the location is very strategic, close to everywhere. the indoor swimming pool is not too hot, there is a sauna. the breakfast is quite complete, the menu is varied and tastes good, there is no additional charge for children even though I brought 2 school-age children. everyone is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable.
