The service is very satisfying, the staff are friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, the facilities are excellent, my children really enjoy the kida club, the breakfast is delicious. If you go to Bali again, you want to return to this hotel.

I had the most pleasant stay here, the staff are all friendly, resourceful and the service are superb. Would definitely come back for another trip.

The only drawback is that the toilet near the dirty breakfast restaurant is disgusting. The toilet at the very end has poo and doesn't flush. And all the tissues are gone.

Happy banget dapet honeymoon arrangement di dalam room kita 😍. Cantik, jadi kerasa banget honeymoon vibesnya ☺️. Kita minta room yang dapet pool view, asli cantik banget. Welcome drink-nya juga enak & seger. Kamarnya juga bersih, rapi & wangi. Sure will be back here 🙏

Not my best experience in a 5 star hotel. Check in was late until 4.20 PM, we had to wait 75 minutes to get our hotel room key. No compensation or whatsoever offered. A big dissapointment came from an experienced hotel management.

Early night came and the position of the lobby was dark, all the lights were off, so it seemed scary and the road to the room was scary because it was dark.

A very memorable hotel, access near the beach and clean spacious rooms and there is a very nice balcony for hanging out. All staff are very friendly and in brief to always greet guests and of course very helpful. The pool is nice and very spacious.

So if you order a deluxe garden, you will get a complimentary poryrait session for 30 minutes and you will get 1 free printed photo. It was great. The rooms are spacious, clean.
