A villa with a beautiful view and comfortable to live in with good service.. I feel like coming back to spend the night at Qunci Villa again

Excellent service, excellent facilities, great location & views.

My friend and i had a wonderfull short escape at Qunci. Qunci villas has it all. A beautiful hotel with a stunning view, beach and amazing sunset. The staff very welcome, polite, responsive and helpful. The receptionist, so sweet and because that day maybe not so many guest, we can get late check out until 2PM caz our flight 7PM. This is really amazing and lovely. Really help us Spacious and clean room is what you get, great AC n i just love the view to the garden n ocean lil bit. Breathtaking. We stayed at room 70. Breakfast was great. The manager restaurant ( i think his name Hermadi or Hermani, am sorry) and the staff really taking care of us. Make sure that we had a wonderfullll meal. And yes!!! Ofcourse!!! The manager restaurant during the BBQ time was very kind also (i dont remember his name, sorry) he offered us an ice cream and dessert for free. The ice cream was good. So sad that we couldnt try the BBQ, caz we already had pizza and happy hour during by the pool. Maybe next time. Btw you guys should try the happy hour, i love the pina colada thing. And near the hotel, there is walkable market. Thank you Qunci Villas and all the staff and security, very nice service during our stay. I had really really really amazing and memorable holiday.

Very perfect! — that time, it was the first time I stayed at Qunci Villa. And this is also the first time I wasted money just to try the sensation of a luxury beachside villa with a view directly facing the sea. You need to know, the sensation is extraordinary. The room arrangement is so artistic. The atmosphere is really calming. All employees are polite, friendly, responsive. (Except for one thing, there is a receptionist who has a bitchy face, rarely smiles. Even though when she smiles, she looks good. I'm a little scared of her). — here I also tried dinner with a buffet, that night the Italian menu, the chef intervened and immediately explained to me what was halal and what was not. Wow, really good job. All the food is delicious. I really like the shrimp, very fresh! I can tell the difference between fresh shrimp and not, because if the shrimp aren't fresh, I'll immediately get itchy. Hey, I ate up to 25 shrimp, and it didn't itch. Duh, really satisfied eating the buffet. But unfortunately, there are no free drinks at the buffet (except water). — Another interesting experience is that I lost money. Then I called Qunci Villa to help find it, they were very responsive in responding to my complaint. In the end I found out that my money was hidden in my backpack. The problem is solved. But from this experience, there is 1 thing that needs to be addressed at Qunci Villa, namely the need to install CCTV in the restaurant. Because the direction of the CCTV is only towards the cashier, it doesn't go to the guest seating area (that's what he said). I came to know about this because I asked to check the CCTV to see where my wallet containing the money was, whether anyone had taken it or not. But luckily it wasn't a problem, because I already found the money and that was my negligence. However, Qunci Villa really needs to add CCTV to the restaurant. These are suggestions for future improvements. — Otherwise, everything is satisfactory.

Vacation with my wife here, the location is easily accessible, the food is delicious, all delicious, big portions, all guaranteed to be full. Suitable for those who want a honeymoon. It is recommended that there is a private pool. The room does not have a TV, so it is reserved for those who really want to spend time with their family or partner. The swimming pool water is clear. Anyway, recommended. Give 4 stars because breakfast time is not early, ready at 7, it should be from 6 o'clock. Then request decor for honeymoon is not given.

Good villa but many mosquito in my room and the AC not too cold.

I arrived at night and there was only 1 receptionist who served for all of them. The room is very dirty with lots of dust and animals. AC is not cold. Very bad service for the price. The swimming pool is dirty, mossy and the water is murky. Very bad staff service. Not really a recommendation.

Qunci Villas is a fantastic property, a unique and idyllic location in Sengigi Lombok. Unfortunately, and maybe due to Covid, the situation of the property is not what it was before, neither in terms of quality of service or facilities. The property staff is attentive and caring, but overall the property seems to be incredibly miss managed at the moment. The central pool was improper for swimming (see photo with green algae floating on the pool) Although satisfactory, the food options are currently very limited and not at the usual level. We always had to search for anyone for help, there were no towels available for the pool or beach. A couple of water features have been turned off and they might be the culprits of why there are so many mosquitos during the night in the property. On our first night, we were surprised by a guests organized party, with incredibly loud music just next to our room - which the property manager seems to not have approved, but unwilling to shutdown without us threatening to leave the property on that same night. The property manager was never available to explain or justify this situation during the 4 days we stayed at Qunci.

This accommodation has a very strategic place. I booked an ocean view room with a view and a very warm atmosphere. Unfortunately, for 2 days I stayed there it was very difficult to contact the operator / front office for the needs during my stay. I have to call 4 to 5 times until my call is answered. I even had time to call and was not answered at all. Another thing that is very unfortunate is when I will check out in the morning around 06.30 local time. I had to wait because there was no clerk at the reception (of course I had tried calling from inside the room many times until finally I came to the front to check out and called the clerk to help me lift the goods). Then at check out I was assisted by security guards and because there were no other officers, that officer was also the one who helped me lift my suitcase from the second floor which only had stairs facilities. Hopefully this input can be a note for accommodation managers to improve services. thank you Qunci Villas

There is no TV so read properly, the description is dirty, uncomfortable, the ac sensor is dead, it can't be turned off, it can't be turned on, can't be turned on, it's been complaining that the technician calls back but it's not right (I'm not comfortable with the technician returning to Covid again), in the villa room there is a large tree, I didn & amp; # 39; t stay at night back to the house because I was afraid that it was dim and the air conditioner couldn & amp; # 39; t be done, turning back in the morning the garbage in front of the room was scattered. Used food wrappers. Finally, the ala carte bfast is not worth the price of 01bedroom pool that I paid. But still understand because of the covid season. This is the fisrt and the last time.

I order pan cake and omelet for two pax on breakfast, more than 50 minutes the meal not come. You should shame with the 4 stars b*llsh*t. F**k you. Not gonna come again. The reputation not what I hear before.
