The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel location is very strategic, very close to the city center.

old decoration hotel. from the facilities all OK. Cold AC, refrigerator, hot water, all OK. But for the TV in the room I occupied is still not LED. / tube TV. hopefully in the future it can be evenly replaced with LED TV

So far the hotel is good, the building is old but still worth it but I am very disappointed with the restaurant staff when asked for take away breakfast they said they couldn't and with the excuse of going around because I was from out of town and wanted to go out for a vacation so I didn't have time for breakfast. I asked for my breakfast rights but instead I was lectured and told why I didn't eat at the restaurant because it had been prepared with a fairly loud debate in the end it was wrapped up but it was very unique and strange that the hotel staff did not show any hospitality, it was very unfortunate.

OB is honest, I left my cellphone charger behind, it was taken care of and returned to me. The refrigerator is not cold and the TV is not up to date.

strategic location. even though the hotel is old, there is no horror impression at all 🥰 very cool, spacious rooms, delicious food. what I really like about this hotel is the service, all the staff are very friendly, friendly, very customer oriented 👌 full of smiles from the housekeeping to the receptionist.

The room is not soundproof so you can hear the sound of the train engine all the time.

Just giving a review today, I stayed at Sahid because I was here for 5 days in 2012 during BTPN batch 5 training. Besides wanting to reminisce, this place also has easy access to many places including Gubeng. In addition, the service is professional, the rooms are clean, the food is varied. Although there are rumors that this hotel is scary, during my stay I did not experience any disturbance. Alhamdulillah, think positively and stay calm. It feels comfortable to be at Sahid, you can go to Delta just by walking. Unfortunately I got a room with a view of the station, if I could get one with a view of the city of Surabaya it would have been even better. Next, if there is another event in Surabaya, stay here again, hopefully I can get a view of the city.
