Clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff and service

The bathroom door handle is broken, the technician has tried to fix it but it still doesn't work. Both towels are dull and have a lot of loose threads, the bathroom mat is also dull and dirty.

I enjoyed my stay here and would probably return. However, I was very disappointed with the bland breakfast and the long wait for refills.

Everything is good, the food is delicious, and the staff are all nice. The place is neat, fragrant, and clean. But the bathroom needs more attention.

Friendly staff, location is quite close to the KAI station, breakfast is simple but tastes just right, next to the hotel there is a big souvenir shop & of course the price is very right

Just experienced this tonight. The water heater wouldn't turn on, claiming they had to wait 30 minutes because it was still set to a low temperature of 30°C. I waited an hour until 11:35 PM. As a result, the water heater wasn't hot at all. Guests from out of town needed hot water, but they didn't get decent service. Sorry, but the service was truly disappointing.

Check-in and check-out were quick. The staff was also very responsive via WhatsApp. The room was cleaned daily, and toiletries were replaced without request. For the price, the service was excellent.

The hotel is clean, friendly, and it was a pleasant staycation here.

The location is strategic, we can walk to Malioboro, it takes about 20-30 minutes. The staff is friendly. Because I was in a 9th floor room, the WiFi was a bit slow. For comfort, the room was sufficient because our room happened to be in front of the elevator, if the elevator was open and people walking or chatting could still be heard from the room. For cleanliness, because we stayed for 5 days, sometimes the sheets and bedcovers were only tidied up and not changed, the size of the bathroom and bedroom was quite spacious. For the breakfast menu, the dishes were mostly sweet... Thank you.

Strategically located in the heart of Yogyakarta. Close to Malioboro, Tugu Station, the KM 0 point, etc. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and there's a Bakpia souvenir shopping center next door, and there's an Alfamart. The only downside is that when we arrived to check in, there was a welder working, making a lot of noise, although it wasn't heard all the way up to the 6th floor. Just arriving and hearing the noise immediately made me feel a bit uneasy, especially at night. The room amenities are minimal: a toothbrush and mini toothpaste, two bottles of mineral water, ground coffee and sugar, tissues, no soap, no minibar, no minifridge, or no hairdryer. The beds in the superior rooms are also quite small, so for two people, I think it's not very satisfying... the bathroom smells. The service is also good, and the room is cleaned daily.

The hotel is strategic.. easy access.. around the hotel there are also many who sell food,, there is also an Alfamidi on the right side of the hotel,, on the left side of the hotel there is also a place selling bakpiawong souvenirs.. the hotel staff is friendly.. the room service is okay, but I was a bit surprised to stay 3 days 2 nights on the second day after walking around from Gembiraloka & returning to the hotel, the room was already neatly arranged even though I brought the room key and there was no confirmation of permission to clean the room.. and I didn't hang a clean up room sign on the outside door handle.. is that really the cleaning system? considering there are still a lot of guest items in the room.. the food is quite good but not very varied.. especially for children.. the security guards are also less sensitive when they see guests leaving the hotel wanting to cross, there is no initiative to help them cross.. for the staff who help organize the motorbike parking, please be more cheerful and smile..

The staff is good. HK, please knock first if you want to enter the room. The toilet needs retouching. Everything else is fine.
