Quite spacious, one room has 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Suitable for a family vacation here.

The hotel service is great, if you want to go to the mall it's close, if you want to eat out there are many places. Oops, wait a minute, eating at the hotel restaurant is really delicious 😋😋.

Thank you to the Information Center Officer who asked me about the prayer room that night, but he served me in a friendly manner and provided me with a prayer mat, a good bed, a good bathroom and so on.

Behind the hotel there is a food court. The food is quite delicious, for lunch there are people selling vegetables that taste good... at night there are already many food sellers who have opened so there are many choices of what to eat, the taste is also quite good... the downside is the room is not very clean... the AC is cold.. the breakfast food is quite delicious but there are not many types... near the hotel there is a mall, just walk about 15 minutes

Comfortable and clean hotel. I stayed in room 203, the room was big with a window. It was very pleasant to rest peacefully. Clean bathroom. Strong shower water, there is a bidet and jet shower in the toilet. Complete amenities. Soft bed and soft pillows. Eat Saur ala carte which is a menu that suits the Indonesian tongue. The location is outside JB Sentral but there are 2 KSL malls and Plaza Plangi. Behind the hotel there is a food court. I will stay again if I have a business trip in Spore.

Have always seen this hotel when I m around the area. Finally, I decided to give it a try. No regrets! A simple hotel with nice processes in place for DIY. Ambience felt like a 5 star hotel. Keep it up.

Strategic location close to bus stop. Next to the hotel there is a minimarket and cafe for breakfast. You can also leave your luggage after checking out. So you can still travel safely without a suitcase.

There is no laundry available even though the information is available on the website and app.

Elderly friendly hotels can borrow wheelchairs.

Not bad, but the towels and sheets look dull. It's just really clean. Improved again.

The walls of the room are very thin so you can hear sounds from the next room and coincidentally the guests in the room next to me while staying were also very noisy in the middle of the night so it was very disturbing and uncomfortable then the breakfast menu wasn't that good and there were only a few choices, it 's a shame even though the location of the hotel This is quite strategic and close to the city core.

Kamarnya bersih, rapi & luas. Lokasi mudah dijangkau dan dekat dengan KSL.

The staff & service were good. Unfortunately, the room & toilet are smelly, floor is sticky and bedsheet very old already.
