The place is very beautiful 👍. Too bad there is no elevator. The food is freshly made by order and delicious 👍. The room is super spacious, only the room is not bright enough. The bathroom is nice, there are lots of storage spaces 👍. The AC is super duper cold 👍

Ga nyangka banget pelayanan,tempat dan semua fasilitasnya MELEBIHI EKSPETASI KAMI!! SECINTA ITU DENGAN ALINDRA VILLA🥰 dimulai dari saat pertama kami datang untuk honeymoon kami disambut oleh receptionist dan diberi welome drink dan juga handuk dingin. Dilanjutkan dengan pengantaran kami ke ruangan dan barang dibantu oleh staff alindra yg sangat ramah. Saat datang ke kamar, kamarnya sangat bersih dan rapih, kolam renang bersih, semuanya terawat dengan baik tidak berdebu betul2 bersih!! Bakal jadi langganan dan best opsi kalau ke villa di kuta selatan🩷 Makanan di alindraa enak enakk, tomyum nya best bangettt, ayam sambal matahnya juga rekomen!! Sarapannya enak jugaa, bisa pilih diantar ke kamar atau di resto. Pelayanan kamar juga cekatan semua❤️ Kepada team house keeping, front office, kitchen alindra terimakasih banyak atas pelayanannya❤️ pengalaman yang mengesankan🥰

Saya memesan villa Etnic 2. Villa sangat luas, tersedia dapur, peralatan mandi, air minum gratis. Kamar luas. AC sangat dingin, air panas berfungsi baik. Proses check-in dan check-out cepat. Lokasi parkir mobil agak jauh, perlu jalan kaki 100 meter.

The best villa, luas banget, asri dengan taman yang luas dan cantik, kamar nyaman dengan AC yang full adem, kamar mandi unik dengan lukisan yang artistic, bath room nya luas dengan bathtub and shower pokoke mantap dah. Yang paling fantastic adalah kolam renangnya luas banget dan airnya jernih bersih seger I really love it, staffnya ramah dan help full, sarapan oke, tempatnya pas banget untuk ngeposting instragrm. Very recommend. Kami di villa no 3 dengan dua bathroom lengkap ada living room, kitchen and kulkas yang super dingin. Thanks Alindra me will be back. 👍.

As usual, Alindra offered their best service, hospitality, authenticity and complete facilities. Great for family stay and friendly staff.

Comfortable, friendly staff, I give a score of 9/10 because in the villa a cat came in and damaged the food wrapper on the table. We're working on how to prevent the cat from getting in, but overall it's very comfortable, really nice, highly recommended. The breakfast is also delicious.

This is a different type of room, the room is spacious and has 2 floors, there are also 2 bathrooms, up and down. Only input from us, please there is a TV on the 2nd floor. Then please upgrade the bathroom equipment, it's outdated. The room may be a traditional model, but the bathroom equipment must keep up with the times. In general, complete facilities, friendly staff.

A villa with a private pool and a large enough front yard, pleasant and sufficient for use with children. Clean conditions, pretty good food, friendly staff. If guests bring a car, parking in front of the villa area is quite narrow, only 2 cars. But there is also a large car park in the area behind the villa.

Overall untuk villa nya sih bagus, luas, bersih, nyaman deh pokoknya. Cuman gatau kenapa rada serem aja gitu, mungkin tiap orang beda-beda yaa.

The room I booked had not been cleaned so it was upgraded for free by the hotel, thank you.

If there is no front desk at night, check-in is long and not clean because of check-in at night.

Second time staying here. The difference is that it doesn't provide breakfast when I stay. Maybe because it's still quiet because of the pandemic. Quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, very friendly owner. Rooms and pool are clean. One day will come back again.

The villa is super spacious, so wide it is really scary. I stayed in the terracota prime suite room, from the reception area until the room was far and dark, I had to go up a spiral staircase. Not friendly at all if you bring the elderly. Then you have to go through the hallway which is super scary and dark, the lights are not turned on even though at night, where there is an old bed in the hallway makes you even more afraid. For the room, it is very spacious, suitable for crowds so it is not scary. The room is very clean too. But what made me really disappointed was that, I just came back from outside, then no one was on guard at the reception. Because I was afraid of the eerie atmosphere, I chose checkout after several considerations. I called the receptionist to ask for help to lift the item up to 6 times, it wasn & apos; t picked up. Finally my husband and I had to go through that scary hallway again and get off a lot of things all by ourselves using the stairs 😭 The next disappointment, I arrived at the receptionist for the key, eh it's still empty. Really no people. There was a time 2 hours after I returned from the outside and I continued to find no one at the reception. There are still no people too crazy. I could have left the reception desk for hours. I called shouting no one appeared. Finally I wrote it on paper and put the room key. After I called the new grab car, a boy came. I complained to him, no apologies. Instead, he reasoned that his friend where he should have looked back. Just imagine if someone wants to check in at that hour, tired from the airport, waiting for someone to do it, hahaha. I was really disappointed with this hotel. Luckily I bought it at the epic sale so I didn't regret it very much and it wasn't hard to book another hotel even though the conditions were already late too 🤪 hopefully in the future things that seem small but actually this is important to be addressed by the hotel. Oh yes, even though what I saw was the hotel management was quite active in responding to customer reviews who had stayed. Hopefully this is a sale too, I'm curious about the answer 🤣

the most luxurious 6 hour transit before returning to the airport, don't regret staying here😀; I hope there is sustenance for staying 1 full night here
