My check-in process was smooth at 2 pm. However, the breakfast is served ala carte in 5 breakfast options. Traveling with infant don't get extra meals. I've booked rice field view room, but the view isn't the rice field, but the other room. Just 10% of rice field view, not like in the pictures which is available at web. Also, my in-room phone was ringing at around 8.30 pm the same day we just checked in, was someone asking what time they've to send the bill, though it's paid through agent, and breakfast is included, the man was asking again what time we're picked up tomorrow, though we're traveling with our own car parked in their parking lot. The last question is what time we're planning to check out? Is it a normal question asked to the guests that just stay for less than 7 hours? They then remind us that check out time is at 12 pm. It's my first time experiencing these awkward call when I ever stay in the hotel in my whole life. I feel like being asked "What time you plan to leave the room? We need the room being vacant very soon tomorrow".
