Buffet try to check again. I had breakfast and saw a small cockroach walking on the fruit table, also many small thin flies that often on the fruit. Luckily the fruit was wrapped in plastic

The room is nice, spacious, mattress, pillow, blanket, comfortable. Too bad they don't give you a drink in the room, you have to go to the corridor to get it from the dispenser, there is also no coffee maker. Overall it's ok, comfortable.

Ordered an executive room, the room was comfortable and clean and the hotel service was okay. The downside is the bathroom facilities, the hot water is not felt, it's only lukewarm and the hairdryer often suddenly dies when in use.

the check in process was a bit slow because the concierge said the booking had just been received so we waited for the room to be ready for about 1 hour. the location is quite ok, there is an Indomaret, Alfa and a gas station. to go anywhere it only takes about 20-30 minutes except towards Lembang which is about 40-50 minutes. there is also a mall around here, it takes 10-15 minutes by vehicle. the room is spacious, the mattress is soft enough, the only thing lacking is the variety of breakfast menu. overall this hotel is recommended.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable, the sheets are clean and fragrant. The parking lot is a bit narrow in the front area, but quite spacious in the back area. Drinking water is provided in the dispenser on each floor and there is hot water. The service is very friendly and given compensation of tart slice cake if the room is late to be cleaned.

Bad experience. The room's AC was hot, I asked for it to be fixed but in fact there was no repair until check out. The wifi was also off from check in until check out, no action was taken at all.
