Check in during the weekend is long but fast and the staff is friendly. There are lots of activities for the kids.

friendly staff and fast response, cleanliness is okay. for a 4-star class, the food variants are very ordinary, and not according to expectations when you know the balcony is not private and there is no place to sit and relax. If it's dark at night, you can't chat casually on the balcony, maybe because the building is old and from the outside the building is not attractive as if it has never been renovated. Overall, I like the friendly staff service and fast response, but in my opinion the facilities are still ordinary when compared to other 4-star hotels.

The hotel staff are friendly from the receptionist and all the staff, even those in the ATV area, are very friendly. The ocean view room area is spacious, only the bathroom smells a bit.

i'm staying 1 day after Eid Al Fitri, the hotel is full of kids playing on the kids playing zone, and that's how a hotel supposed to be. Kids friendly hotel. Unfortunately because of holiday event, the road direct access from the hotel to Bandar Djakarta restaurant and Jimbaran restaurant was blocked for personal vehicle. Instead we are forced to use wara-wiri for transportation inside Ancol. this road diversion policy is coming from the Jaya Ancol resort, not the hotel. for family that has two kids which tired and sleepy from playing on the beach have to be carried using wara wiri public transport. I hope the hotel can provide solution on this kind of situation in the future
