Cool, friendly staff, 4 days stay here was a pleasant experience.

The location is indeed strategic, but the hotel is old and neglected. I got a room at the back, the atmosphere was scary, the air conditioner in the room was not cold, like it was not using air conditioning, only a fan, the wardrobe door was already off, that night my children and I immediately checked out even though there was no refund even though we had booked for 2 nights, look for a better hotel so that your vacation is not spoiled by the hotel.

Very poorly maintained, the bedroom is full of mites. I couldn't sleep all night because of the itching.

This hotel is suitable for a short stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the service is satisfactory. However, the interior is in need of a complete makeover. In the room where I stayed, the wall paint was peeling, which detracted from the overall experience.

Stayed 5 nights and the staff was very annoying. Not to mention the water coming out of the shower on the 2nd floor in front of the pool behind was very small. It felt like taking a shower in a light rain but the light rain was very small. I had extended it through the application but instead there was a knock on the door and the staff told me to check out the next day. Even though I extended it the night before. They said that in the group you should have checked out, meaning there was no clear communication between the staff that's why they knocked and opened the door from the outside. On the last day when I wanted to check out, there was a big cockroach in the room. I deliberately extended it because I had a sudden business and it happened to be raining. So I was a bit lazy to go out. Even though I had stayed here in 2015. But the service was not like this. Now it's annoying. The staff are all friendly, but what's annoying is that there is no clear communication between them. The receptionist should often check their email or system notifications in case someone extends. It's the same in other hotels. So there's no miscommunication between the receptionist and other staff. And there's no need to bang on the door, let alone be asked to check out.

The room is quite spacious, all the staff are friendly, the room is always cleaned but unfortunately the AC is not that cold, the WiFi doesn't work.

Fun, standard price, near the airport, strategic, close to everywhere, the TV is broken. Until the end of the stay it has not been repaired either, its okay, the important thing is the wifi is smooth, the service is good and friendly, maybe the condition of the bathroom needs to be repaired again, cleaned using porstex to make it shinier, Thank you.

The room is big enough. Bathroom is a bit old without much maintenance, amenities only have shower cap and sanitary bad. AC comfort. However two lamps are out and the staff forgot to change even already informed them. Swimming pool is not clean.
