The service is very good and friendly. This is the second time and will come back again another time.

The hotel is comfortable, and has a balcony. It's also next to a church so it's nice. It's close to the mall so if you want to go anywhere, it's easy to access.

I had the most pleasant stay here, tho it's only less than 24 hours. The Vira Bali's team hospitality is exceptional. Upon my arrival, the staff picked us up at the airport. I made a note for a honeymoon set up, and they did prepare it for us. I got a complimentary cake also! I told the receptionist I'd go check out before 4AM, and they offered me a breakfast box to go, I didn't really expect it, but it was ready even before 4AM! It is surely a top-notch hospitality from The Vira Bali's team. Thank you for your hospitality it's really memorable to be here 😊

Fridge didn't work and they couldn't fix it. So no cold drinks, no way to cool the water. It was like a sauna.
