Such a cute hotel, the breakfast is AMAZING and so comfortable. Our room had a little bit of a weird smell, but nothing we couldn't deal with. Room was comfortable and clean, bathroom was large and well maintained. I would recommend for sure!

Pleasant location in the center and beautiful building, excellent rooms with a homely feeling and neat bathrooms. Very sorry about the service. Arrived at 7pm for a gala. I had counted on being able to iron my clothes. An iron/board would be possible until 10 pm according to their service manual. I call at 9 pm and am told that it is not possible, just ask tomorrow morning, while music / noise from a pub can be heard in the background. I don't understand why it is even mentioned that you can call for service until 10 pm.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. A pretty standard European breakfast, but good nonetheless. Fresh bread and eggs prepared anyway you prefer. Would definitely recommend.

In one word "AMAZING" the Hotel Villa Monte has got to be one of the very best hotels in have stayed in ever. The staff are incredibly welcoming and so very friendly in fact they can't do enough to help. My wife and I had come to Heist-op-den-berg to see 10cc in concert at the Schouwburg Cultuurplein who were also staying at the Hotel Villa Monte so for us it was a double whammy for us. The breakfast is to die for too !!!
