It's just okay for a hotel of this class, there are still many things that need to be improved, the only thing that's a bit pricey is the additional deposit of up to 1.4 million.

The place so beautifully clean and the room has plenty of space, gym was good, swimming pool and the spa gorgeous. The staff so friendly and lots of smiley faces too 😍🫶 we have had a great time stay with TS suits, we will be back for our next holiday for sure 🙏 thank you 🙏

I prefer hotels with later checkout, and this one’s policy is check-in at 4 pm and checkout at 2 pm. That’s great if you have a late flight. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the staff are warm and helpful!

Was OK… but the room is noisy, must be improved the quality of soundproof and the food in the restaurant was also OK, nothing special.

Everything is good except the variety of food & taste that needs to be improved, it is better to provide common food that everyone can eat, because in my experience on the first day of my stay, the menu was curries with strong spices (chicken curry, vegetable curry), which not everyone can eat, on the second day the menu was still better, Chinese food, but the taste was still bland🙏

the hotel is cool there is a shuttle service to double six beach every 1 hour breakfast is also delicious, there is bacon pork i got a free upgrade to my room to 70m2 with a balcony from the original 45m2 order.. definitely recommended for those who want to explore seminyak and its surroundings

The hotel is nice but unfortunately the lighting is lacking so it looks gloomy. But the hotel is comfortable, quiet and the car park is spacious in the basement. The service is good and friendly. Next we can try the villa on the rooftop

The hotel is good, but the restaurant is a bit far to find food.

Stayed for 1 night, a chic designer hotel, has boutique stores, saloon, and even perfume workshop inside hotel area. The location is good, but its on 1 way street so if you go there by car you have to make a quite long you turn once ure out and want to return to the hotel. The room is nice, wifi OK, food is so so, the staff are all great, adequate gym, and excellent rooftop pool and bar. Plesant stay.

Room was so big and spacious. Breakfast was good and good taste. Underground parking areas a little bit unorganized, no parking ticket, no security, and dark.

Everything is fine but breakfast not many variations like 3star hotel.
