First I was given a room 304, almost 50mins in the room, with the aircon set at the coolest, I was sweating! And not only aircon is giving problem, they are also renovation work in the hotel area, the noise of hacking and drilling, and knocking were horrible! Called the front desk, they sent their technician to troubleshoot, after he"resetted"the aircon system, told me to give 30mins for the aircon to reach its coldness, I waited another 40mins, still same, I climbed up with a chair, basically no air blowing out from the aircon blower! I packed my stuffs, went to front desk to request for a change of room. Again waited like 25mins to get a replacement room, 316. This time aircon OK, but still the noise of renovation still on going, I couldn't care less, its already 5pm, thinking its a Friday, after my shower, and out for dinner, by the time I'm back to the room, the worker would have stop the reno work. The nxt morning, saturday I was worken up at 9am+ by the renovation noise started again! This time the drilling, knocking seems to be happening right above my unit! The hotel management should have isolate those block from guest! I pay for the room for me to go to a quite place to rest, cause there are renovation work being carry out above my house, yet now I have spent money to book a hotel to put up with all these nonsense. I got no choice to checked out at once instead of check out time at 12pm! Very very bad experience!
