This is the second time I've stayed at Ammarosa, the staff are friendly, but this time I was a bit disappointed, unlike the first time I stayed here, the lobby area is hot, the AC doesn't work, there's only one lift that can be used, the bathroom shower keeps leaking water, the breakfast food is all cold, even the soto is only warm.
