Overall, it was a superb experience. Its strategic location with plenty of good foods. Staffs (reception, housekeeping, etc.) well behave and well educated. Will definitely stay again in the near future.

I stayed here for the first time, with my family including my toddler and baby. I requested the crib, so the hotel staff knew that I have baby and kids. When I checked in, I requested same floor as my other family room. It was 7th floor. The frontdesk just mentioned they will have an event like pool party with dj and if I had time maybe I can come. They didn't inform me, that the room I stayed (705 at that time) not soundproof. The music started at 9pm until 2 or 3 am. 1st night I stayed, I was complain to the staff. But 2nd day, it was louder, and I requested to move. Then they gave me another room at 17th floor. But it was draining my self to complained, and to move all my kids at 11 pm. They can sleep a winked because of the sound. They should've tell me clear about that room. I would consider another room and higher level if I clearly know ‘bout the condition. If the purpose of stay is to spend time with the kids, I suggested to look over another hotel, or don't ever stayed here in the weekend. Because they always have event in the weekend, or just requested higher level (maybe 15th floor upper).

Very BAD service! I was humiliated by the guest service staff when I checked out in front of a guest who was checking in because they said that there was a missing hotel item, namely a drinking bottle! And I was told to go back up to the room to look for the bottle. It turned out that the bottle was near the trash can. Why didn't the housekeeping do a more detailed check first? So it doesn't bother the guest and the guest service doesn't embarrass the guest! It's just a matter of a drinking bottle that lowers people's self-esteem.

The staff is very friendly and responsive, the room is also spacious and luxurious, suitable for bringing family, especially yesterday we got a promo price during the Christmas and New Year holidays, often huh hhii .. the equipment is also complete, there is a kitchen and cutlery, it's just that the breakfast is not very varied for class * 5. Please also pay attention to the window glass so that it stays shiny every day, especially since we are on the top floor. Continue to improve the service. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and responsive, the location is also very strategic near the market, the hotel rooms are very spacious and luxurious, only in the second room the wall behind the door is already peeling and the window glass is dusty, it would be good if regular cleaning was carried out so that it remains shiny every day so it is bright when looking outside. The food is also delicious but not much and varied for class *5. Hopefully it can be improved and the service continues to improve. Thank you.

My 3rd stay here. Always love to spend staycation time in this Fraser. The staff were great and very friendly, The hotel is great for family considering their pool, kidsclub. Walking distance to TIM where my kids cam experience Jakarta Kids Library and many event held in there

The breakfast menu need to change, it always same everytime I stayed in. The Lift is kind of scary because whenever you used it, there's always has a "cranky" sound and it "shaking" to much. Besides that problems, everything else is good for me and my family

We have stayed here many times... really like the atmosphere, service, and location close to everywhere.... very suitable for family vacations, it feels like being at home... just a suggestion, maybe it would be better to prepare a rice cooker so that the kitchen facilities are more complete.. next time we will stay here again if we are on vacation with family..🥰❤️
