Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location. Good reviews also often mention unique amenities like a swimming pool or beautiful views, as well as delicious and varied dining experiences.

There is no hot water kettle or dispenser and every time you ask for hot water you have to pay 5000, the food is standard and there is not much variety on the menu.

The room size was okay, appropriate for the room type, so it's understandable if it's a bit cramped. The only downside was the bathroom's cleanliness. The bathroom was made of plastic (?), with an uneven floor and some parts broken. Furthermore, water from the shower leaked out and pooled in the sink area, making it slippery. It was very dangerous, especially since I was bringing an elderly person, who would definitely have difficulty bathing alone for fear of slipping. The shower water was only warm, not hot enough. The toilet smelled unpleasant. Worse still, there was still leftover shampoo sachets from the previous guest, plus a few strands of hair fell out 😀 At night, the guests in other rooms were incredibly noisy. My grandmother and I couldn't get a good night's sleep, even though it was already 11 PM 😄 I'd informed the hotel via WhatsApp, but the guests continued to be noisy, some even making loud phone calls in the hallway in front of my room. My room was in the corner, but the noise from the room near the elevator could be heard all the way to my room 🙂 Just once was enough for the experience; I wouldn't want to stay again 😁

It was a good stay at Mars City Hotel in Sanuk.

Overall it's okay, just walk to the hotel which is a bit difficult and small, so if you need to buy something it's a bit far, there's no kettle for heating water either
