The parking lot under the hotel is very minimalist. There was not even a parking attendant who helped direct me to get out so the car was slightly scratched because the space to turn right to get out was very narrow. There was no one to direct me. Thank you.

the parking lot is far, you have to walk, climb stairs. then you still have to stamp the tickets. even though the tickets are left in the car, staying for 2 days, the security guard asked to stamp them. if you don't believe me, please try staying overnight.

3 stars feel like 4 stars... Spacious room above expectation, facilities such as hair dryer, sdb. Attractive view. Distance to the city center is not far, many restaurants along the way.

Overall it's OK. But there are some things that need to be fixed such as menu variations and placement. Parking is also far from the hotel building, maybe some people don't mind, but for those who bring a lot of stuff it will be a hassle if they need time to arrange their belongings in the car before checking out.

Luxurious appearance, friendly staff and fast check in time, but the room AC is not cold enough, and there is an AC in another room whose temperature control is not working. I happened to book 3 rooms at this hotel. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

The check in - check out process is very fast. When you first arrive and leave the hotel, the staff greet you very friendly. Highly recommended to stop by again if you go to Surabaya.

For the hotel, I think it's perfect.
Starting with the friendliness of the Receptionist, security, Valley officers, all are friendly.
The cleanliness of the room is also clean, the AC is cold & the room is big.
Just for my input:
1. Please for the Double Bed, can be replaced with a King bed, because in the middle there is a gap if the double bed is put together. Poor my child's sleep is also not comfortable
2. For cars that park at Valley, you have to be a little patient waiting if it's crowded, because there are not many Valley officers.
