I made a special request for a single bed, when I checked in I was told that there were only twins, with the reason that before booking I had already booked a single. And they said that the special request from Traveloka was not entered into the hotel. When asked how many standard single beds there were, they said there were 19 rooms, then we asked again who had booked it and what the notes were. The receptionist was able to mention about 12 rooms before my date and the special request notes were entered from the trip application. Asked to combine beds and sheets, the hotel refused (told the guest to move them). Finally asked to move to a superior room and added 100 thousand. Even though the price on Traveloka added 100, it already included a superior room and breakfast. The other room said it was a non-smoking room, when I entered it smelled of cigarette smoke, I finally asked to change rooms. The walls were already moldy in the corners and the bathroom was also yellow. With this price, I prefer to change hotels next time. Thank you.
