The receptionist and all the employees are the best. They are also friendly. As soon as you enter the room, it's really clean and smells good😍😍there are lots of pillows😍. The bathroom is clean, the bathtub is also big🥰. The view from the room is directly to Nagoya Foodcourt. All the best. I don't even know what's lacking haha. Keep it up like this🤩. Next time I go to Batam, I'll come here again😊

Even though I had upgraded the room, I planned to stay for 3 days, or return to stay at this hotel, but it didn't happen, because of the treatment/attitude of the hotel biz service, it was better to move to the De Viena hotel, which was friendlier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable. In conclusion, I regret ever staying at this hotel.

The hotel is nice and a lot foods around the corner. Nagoya food court just across the road. Very friendly staff. I have only one request the toilet WC area they should fix a tap to wash, if after finish need to wash have to use the shower area the whole body will get wet.
