Im Diamond Priority member of app. And also Gold member of Aston 239260369xxx. With this, hope You proven my capbility to travelling experience. In one month atleast 8 flights and staying in various hotel level from star 1-5.
From those experiences about hospitalitylites, Aston Bojonegoro is the worst one. It is 2-3 time I stayed in this hotel since it opened a few years ago. I also always recommending my colegues whenever was visiting in Bojonegoro. but in my last visit at 14 Februari 2025, I got terrible experience. First, started from check in. the use the application in phone by scanned of the QR but it is not working well. Then it was taking longer Time rather than manually. And the finally They asked to me to register again manually. So funny.
Secondly, it started @breakfast Time. I took some fruits that in other hotels commonly they are served slices. But in your hotel in this Bojonegoro, the have been serving slice fruit in the cup with mixed fruit. Unlucky, the fruit is not fresh and smelling. It is look like going to rotten. I have the pictures if You like. Third, I would like to order the egg corner. But, twice Im waiting. Nobody stay in space. @ 1.5 minutes Im waiting in twice. Finally somebody is coming and serve Me the scramble egg. I think today is not my luckiest with Aston Bojonegoro. I found some black crumbs (1-3 cm) in my last scrumble spoons. I stopped to eat and some supervisor offer Me to replace with another benefit. But I hrejected Her offering. My feels going bad already.
with this, I hope You re-train your staff because They run as per Your Management runs. They just do Your direction. Dont punish Them, But You as management should look back what is the root cause. For a while I will skipped out my visit and recommendation to Aston Bojonegoro.
