Fast check-in process, clean room & bathroom, sufficient breakfast food variety, easy parking

the place is nice close to everywhere, the staff is also friendly and helpful. But unfortunately there was an unpleasant room experience because the hot water didn't reach there so it ran out quickly and there was a lot of AC noise and either the pipes or the warehouse made a lot of gurgling noises, the water heater was dirty, I tried to clean it myself but it seemed like it needed a brush, thankfully the dispenser had hot water and the rest was quite good for a budget hotel and close to tourist destinations

For all, it was very pleasant. But unfortunately when extending the stay the towels were not replaced and the trash was not collected. But it does not reduce the desire to stay there again. Like the friendliness of the Solo people.

Breakfast is varied and delicious.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, when checking in the room was not very clean, dusty. The bedroom and bathroom were not well maintained so it felt uncomfortable, the strategic location is near Pasar Gede, PGC, etc.

The room is clean, complete amenities, drinking water is provided in a water jug and gallon so it doesn't litter and can be taken back and forth. Unfortunately, the AC takes a long time to cool down and the hot water doesn't work well. But it's okay because Solo is hot so you don't need hot water. The price of this room is worth buying.

It's a small hotel but it tries to cater the guests' needs, like the super tiny pool for kids and the entrance to rooms that has to pass the dining area but overall it was good.

The location is close to the Palace. Even walking to Pasar Gede is close, less than 15 minutes. The price is very affordable. The restaurant's food suits my taste buds. Honestly, this is a hotel in Solo that I have ever stayed at that has proper food, not yet comparable to other hotel restaurant dishes. This hotel is okay for resting, in terms of cleanliness and facilities, it's just ordinary. Don't over expect, even though this is now under Horison. We booked 2 rooms, the water kettles in the rooms were all broken, there were no towels in the second room (we were asked not to take a shower or what?). Fast wifi, okay for working.

Solo short trip. Okay. Turns out the room access has to go through the restaurant. Facilities are okay. Didn't take breakfast because I wanted to go culinary.

It was very comfortable staying at Horison Aziza Solo. I want to stay here again next time.

The location is strategic in the center of Solo. The staff is friendly, with affordable prices, the facilities provided are quite good. Great.

friendly hotel staff, if guests need help they are always helped, when meeting guests they always say hello like good morning/afternoon/evening/night. from this hotel it is also quite close to walk to several tourist attractions such as Alun-alun Kidul, Keraton, and Pasar Gede. for the room, I happened to rent room number 211 and 213. unfortunately both rooms have some problems, in room 211, the water for the shower is not very smooth, then because the position of the room is near the stairs, every time someone passes the stairs the sound of their footsteps can always be heard. then for room 213, the shower is smooth, but the exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't work at all 🥲 but other than that the room is quite comfortable, the AC is cold, the internet on the TV is very smooth so you can watch Netflix/YouTube without buffering. at each end of the right and left hallway there is a dispenser, so if you want to drink cold water just walk a little.

The hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. The service is excellent.

Some furniture is outdated, hotel area walls/ceilings need repainting. Bathroom floor is crusty, guest lift is integrated with service lift.

Strategic location. Prompt staff. Improve room cleanliness & comfort. Average breakfast.

Friendly staff. Playground lacks variety of toys. Bathroom door is sticky. Room cleanliness is ok, already has smart TV. There are prayer mats and Quran in the room.
