the swimming pool is spacious, the room is nice, overall okay. the service is good. for the technician when calling for gas it takes a while, hopefully in the future it will be faster.

For the room is quite OK, because it is spacious. But unfortunately the swimming pool facilities need to be repaired because many ceramics are loose on the pool floor, so the pool water is dirty.

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed here, overall it's okay, but for a 5-star hotel the shower in the bathroom is a bit messy and the water flow is not strong, which is really a shame.

The menu for sahur is a bit lacking. There are very few variations. Whereas previously I stayed at another hotel and the sahur menu had more variations.

I stay here quite often, I got a room on the 7th floor, when I tried to tap the door card, I couldn't open it, so I had to move and upgrade the room. It's really good. There's a water dispenser now so it's not a hassle to drink. The TV is also a smart TV.

This stay was not so pleasant. I really like the restaurant service staff since the first time they greeted us well, the taste of the food also makes you very satisfied, only this time I said the chicken was very burnt and hard but it was only responded to so-so. I also didn't say the shrimp was not fresh, the beef steak was also very hard for grilled ribs, the fish was still ok, there were still many actually.
