The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with the check in process, the hotel location is strategic, the room size is small and stuffy, the AC is not cold.

Amaris Sunset Hotel is located in a very accessible area. For a budget hotel, Amaris is quite reasonable. There is a swimming pool in the middle of the hotel building (but it will be noisy because the sound penetrates into the room)

Stayed here for 4 nights. Initially given a room with a broken TV, a hard-to-lock door, and a super narrow room. But after reporting to the staff, they immediately replaced it with a nice and spacious room the next day. Really great. The staff are friendly and the food is quite good for the price, but in my opinion it's more than enough for a price that is quite affordable. Easy access to everywhere. The parking lot is spacious and the hotel is crowded. If I go back to Bali again, I will stay here again, because the hotel is one of the best based on the price rate. Suggestion: maybe repairs are needed in room 117 on the 1st floor. Because in my opinion a broken TV is quite fatal 😁

Cleanliness is very clean for the room. It's just that usually we stay there food is no problem. But yesterday after eating chicken there we had a stomach ache. Indeed we overslept breakfast. The remaining chicken side dish is very little. And eggs. It seems like chicken. But usually it's fine. Overall ok. Maybe it can be considered again. Thank you🙏
