The staff is very friendly during check in/check out, close to culinary places, and can connect to the SCP mall.

Very nice and the view faces the city center

- There were no officers on duty at the arrival, we were blocked by an online taxi blocking the drop off area, forced to get off and ask the online taxi to pull over. We also dropped off (and returned to pick up our own luggage). - The interior needs to be renovated, the carpet & curtains are musty, the bathtub, sheets & towels are yellowish. - The variety of breakfast menus & taste need to be improved. - The swimming pool water is cloudy. - The internet is slow. - The windows are moldy. Overall. Needs a thorough overhaul.

Every time I go to Samarinda, I always stay at this hotel, the breakfast menu is delicious while having breakfast while waiting for the kids to swim. There is also a playground for the kids to play. Just walk to SCP, outside the hotel there are many food sellers and the hotel price is affordable.
