nice place to having a shortvacay during lebaran period..not much we can do, like no kids activity, few tv channels..i hope the bathroom can be repair too bcoz there's flooded around the closet..but a good ambience, friendly & responsive staff making our stay just complete..thank u The Sultan ♡

The additional breakfast buffet was good, but felt a bit pricey for a place like this.

The room is poorly maintained, there is no hot water at all, the TV is hard to turn on/no broadcasts. So I asked to change rooms.

Its is generally calm and located in good place in down town. But the worst was access to the hotel from out side. I think it should be renovated for comfortable access from several direction like previously. ^

A little disappointed about the hot water in the bathroom. Had to call the hotel staff to get the hot water out.

Got a cool view, just a few meters walk from GBK, unfortunately the access from the front gate to the lobby is roundabout and a bit far, so far it's okay.

The food for breakfast have so much veriety and that was all very tasty and very good. Shout out to chefs for breakfast, and the staff was so nice to us very nice hotel
