Property is not so new, but still very well maintained. Staff is friendly from bell boy, check-in, to the gym staff. Bonus tip, each room comes with complimentary 1 hour tennis court use. A little minus point for somewhat inconvenient parking. It is not directly connected to the main building, have to walk through the ballroom for access.

Hotel with strategic location. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Many facilities especially for children.

Very convenient and very easy access

Dirty pool. Water stings the eyes. At 8 pm the pool is closed so visitors are not allowed to enjoy the night in the pool area even just sitting around relaxing.

A new year eve staycation and it was a wonderful one. We stayed in the executive room with a great city view and my kids especially loved the bathtub.

Staying 1 night in the executive room gave an extraordinary experience, all the staff are very friendly and do not hesitate to ask something that might need help. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. The bedroom is clean and comfortable, the TV picture is clear. Although the menu variety is a little lacking for a 5 star class, the taste is not disappointing. Highly recommended to stay here.
