The staff was very friendly and I felt welcome.

It was okay. The room was a bit old and not too big. But for location, it is beside Megamall.

The facilities are according to the rates

Second time staying there. The breakfast though never changes since last time: the menu is basically same everyday. Overall a nice hotel.

The location is good as it is connecting to Mid valley mega mall. But finding the right road to reach the hotel is a bit challenging.

The hotel is simply a quick getaway. All is good, except the room is small and breakfast lacks variety.

A very convenient hotel. Room a bit on the small side. Compensated closeness to the Mega Mall shops. Front desk staff are most cordial.

The hotel is good, near a complete mall. Room service is ok. The only minus is that the breakfast menu did not change during the 8 days I stayed,

Strategic location close to the mall. But after the mall closes, we can't go anywhere, so to speak.

Only spacious room are quite small. Just like the Genting Highlands room the cheap one. But breakfast very nice and staff are from local fluent speak Sarawak, good vibes from him.

The hotel is located in Mid Valley Mall, the entrance can be from the side of Coffee Bean. The room size is not too big but comfortable and clean. The front desk staff is also friendly. Next will stay again at Cititel.

Kudos to the newly renovate room and the water dispensers outside the lift. I think you all should clean the phone, as the phone a bit smelly and I called a few times to operator and no one answer the phone. The front counter lack of staff during check out time, only one counter with two staff serving at the front desk. I think should reserved some parking space because I have to find parking for almost 20 mins at MV.

The check in process took almost 1 hour despite 4 counters opened. I observe many unnecessary details required and the system should be improved. And the water not really clean, bit rusty.

The hotel is okay, the location is great, the price is fair, I stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast has the same menu every day. The staff is nice. The room is good.
