The food lacks variety and tastes mediocre. The room is quite big.

Hotel staff did not notify that there is no water supply during midnight, there is no hair dryer in the room, there are some ants in the room.

The service was not fast enough, they were given 3 xx rooms when they opened. There were people, finally they returned to the lobby, annoyed and embarrassed, given a key and a new room, see the room is pretty good, but sorry for the lack of professionalism in service.

I requested a connecting room in advance and thank God a connecting room was provided in front of the kids pool. Even though last year the hotel was very quiet, this year, thank God, Bali is alive again. It's crowded everywhere. Thanks ibis style legian, see you next year, God willing.

Access to the beach can be through Hotel Jayakarta or Padma.

Apart from going to the beach close to walking distance, I got a free room upgrade & the receptionist was kind enough to take my large suitcase up to the 3rd floor. Because there is no elevator. I like the breakfast menu. Thank you Ibis Legian 🫶.

Kata resepsionis saya dapet upgrade kamar, tapi begitu dateng check in nunggu sekitar 30 menit. Karena kondisi agak sakit batuk batuk, tiduran di lobby. Begitu masuk kamar, sprei dan selimut seperti tidak diganti. Tidak ada bekas lipatan sama sekali, sarung bantal tipis, bantal bau apek. Karena butuh tidur cepat, saya ga ada tenaga komplain. Salah sendiri pilih hotel low budget.

Good things nya sekitar 500 m saja dari Pantai Legian dan akses jalan dan parkiran juga luas. Seminggu berlibur di Bali bersama keluarga, saya berharap bisa mengakhiri 2 hari terakhir dengan nyaman di daerah Kuta dan Legian di hotel yang nyaman, tapi ketika check in, kamar belum siap sehingga nunggu dulu. Pas masuk kamar dapat kamar dipojokan sendiri tanpa view pool seperti di gambarkan di aplikasi dan kondisi kamar kurang terawat, tembok banyak terkelupas, tempat tidur juga kurang nyaman, kulkas tidak dingin, pinjam hairdryer juga rusak gak bisa dipakai. Saya padahal juga sudah request lebih awal agar dapat kamar yang nyaman. Jadi mohon maaf mengutip evaluasi anak-anak saya, dari hotel yang lain tempat mereka stay selama di Bali, menempati urutan paling belakang. Berharap bisa lebih diperbaiki pelayanan dan kebersihan kamar dan fasilitasnya.

Lokasinya strategis dan pemandangan kolamnya bagus. Ga ada lift sama sekali padahal minta kamar jangan lantai atas tapi tetep dapet lantai atas. Kamar agak kotor terutama spreinya, terkesan old fashion untuk kamarnya (terdapat beberapa debu dan kotoran) dan kamar mandi sempit untuk superior. Makanannya lumayanlah. Staffnya overall bagus dan helpful but some staff ada yang mengutamakan asing daripada lokal jadi berasa dinomor duakan. Overall I had a great experience stay in here.

Even though the hotel is old, the rooms are quite spacious and the location is quiet. The rooms have balconies, all facing the swimming pool, so that cleanliness and updating of the hotel can be even better.

Strategic location, around the hotel there are many souvenir sellers, food and mini markets. The distance to the beach is also close. Grab is also easy to pick up. The employees are all friendly and helpful👍🏻

A nice stay in Ibis Styles Bali Legian. The location is within walk to the beach, surrounded by shops, restaurants and mini markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast were tasty in Indonesian as well as in western. A spacious room with balcony overlooking to swimming pool. To improve cleanliness, please pay attention to the details, especially bathroom & the floor under the bed. Recommended stay in Bali.

For domestic I don't recommend this racist hotel, cause when you're domestic people come to restaurant to eat breakfast, no greeting for you, not like they greets the international people, how they greets and offering menus for international people really nice, but don't expect they will ask you if you domestic, Surdjana and other woman in kitchen really I don't like them because so racist to domestic, time breakfast start from 07.00-10.00 I'm breakfast at 9.15 almost 9.30, I'm asking for 2 portion of bacon, and the bacon serve at 9.45 and only 1 portion, so I must wait for the 2, and can't ask more because no more time to breakfast. For room, so bad there no water for you, only 2 glass of bottle water for a day. I should buy cleo water gallon 6L for 20k in circle k. Hard to ask anything like sugar tea and coffee. Even toothpaste and toothbrush you should ask for them. Toilet door can't be locked, internet so slow and only 2 device can connect. Door key so lame, not detected on door, if you ask for replacement they blame you put near phone, actually I put in on my wallet. But how can I say, racist hotel, thumbs down for domestic I book for 4 days 3 nights and I must say, I'm dissatisfied and disappointed so bad.

The hot water doesn't work (complained so many time). The amenities not complete. Very late response from the receptionist and getting my nerve for waiting. Never gonna stay here again.

The rooms are spacious, you can drink authentic tea on the balcony, the hotel employees are very friendly. Pokoke is really recommended .

Until the hotel was given a room at the end, ordered 4 rooms, 4-4 of them had spots on the bed linen.

Once you arrive at a room that is far away, the hallway is dark, and when you enter the room the toilet is dirty around the toilet there are splashes of poop. Hadi had to clean it himself first.
