Just arrived, the door lock is stuck. The hot water is off and the water pressure is low. Call a technician, the water pressure can be good, the hot water remains off while staying there. The TV remote is dead, and the TV only turns on for a moment, after that it can't turn on again. The bathroom has a lot of peeling. Asking for an extra towel costs an additional 20 thousand. I think it's more suitable for a 3 star and not a 4 star.

I was in a room on the 2nd floor facing the pool. The floor of the room and bathroom were dirty, lots of dust, the bathroom was dirty, the hot water was off. The room smelled musty, the changing room by the swimming pool was dirty.

Recommended, near Mangkunegaran and Culinary Area.

The rate is quite economical, the room is spacious and clean, but the TV can't be used, the internet is weak and the bathtub needs a little repair. The swimming pool is clean and fresh.

In short, this hotel offers a satisfying stay experience with a combination of strategic location, comfortable and clean rooms, and friendly service. The facilities provided are quite complete, meeting basic and additional needs. Although there are some minor shortcomings, the value offered is comparable to the price paid.

We stayed in a bungalow suite room type, for 2 rooms already connected and there is a living room, very comfortable. Please increase the number of electrical sockets especially next to the bed and the location of the tea set

The hotel staff can be said to be friendly, but not at all helpful. The location, facilities and parking management are bad, my car was hit by a guest car, badly scratched, even though I had reported it to security and had seen the evidence myself, but the security did not help at all, even the hotel management shied away from responsibility. The food in the restaurant was not tasty, and when it ran out it was very slow to refill. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was lacking. The hotel is not recommended.

Too bad I only stayed for a few hours because of traffic jam so check-in was in the middle of the night. The receptionist is on standby 24 hours, the service and staff are very helpful. The hotel is still very well maintained, the bathtub and equipment in the bathroom are clean and functioning well.

Always satisfy when stay at this Hotel form long time ago, spacious room, clean, comfort to stay. Near to the city center, it easy to find the culinary, even though at night culinary. Near to Pura Mangkunegaran to visit.

I hope Kusuma Sahid Hotel, with its expansive grounds, would prioritize enhancing especially the cleanliness, pleasant ambiance, and warmth of its rooms—especially the bathrooms—to ensure a more comfortable stay. Additionally, improvements in the overall surroundings especially the plants, the taste and variety of breakfast options, and the strategic placement of the lobby in relation to the venue room would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The rooms are spacious. Separate living room and bedroom. The hotel is old so the bathtub is peeling and the water is sometimes sandy. But quite clean.
