All the staff was friendly and communicative. My son slept one hour before we check out. Ten minutes before time to check out, I call them and asked permission to late check out. The call centre allowed us until 1 PM. Around 1 PM, the receptionist call us again to make sure about our check out, and I told them that before I already asked permission about that. It turns out the receptionist allowed my son to slept more. Thank you for allowing us late checked out as well their understanding about this convience. We will definitely come back for sure! ❤️

Short family staycation in Ritz. Great experience, with many compliment given. Fast check in/out, upgraded room with club lounge access, spacious room with twin king size bed, and warmth service from housekeeping.

Staying at the Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan was the best experience, the staff was very friendly, I was even given a free breakfast compliment for my 17 year old child 🥰. The location is strategic, and I stayed on New Year's Eve, so I didn't need to leave the room to watch the fireworks, everything was clearly visible from the room on the top floor. I will definitely come back, thank you Ritz Carlton best hospitality 👏

Stayed here to celebrate a wedding anniversary, ordered a wedding anniversary cake from check in, called guest service until checkout, the cake was not delivered 😂 Ritz Amenities was informed on the phone 600 thousand, when checking out it was charged 1.2 million 🙃 but it's okay my son is happy, Thank you Ritz

The staff service is very satisfying, the room is very clean & comfortable, the room temperature is just right & cold, the bathtub is great, there are many choices of TV channels, the breakfast menu is delicious, the check in & check out process is very fast, you can get complimentary access to the VIP lounge when you buy it at the beginning (you can get 4 different access times for light meal, afternoon tea, light dinner & cocktail) 👏👏👏👍👍👍😊
