really like this hotel, even though it's not a new hotel but it's always clean and makes you comfortable. not to mention the most important thing for me is that every room is provided with a bolster. maybe it's trivial, but for me who always needs a bolster to sleep... this keeps me in a happy mood

The room size is quite spacious, clean, I have stayed here twice during Eid and have never been disappointed.

When I go to Solo, I definitely come here, even though I have a house in Solo, it's very comfortable, and I like the swimming pool the most

The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, the hotel design is attractive, I happened to stay in a junior suite booking 3 rooms, the atmosphere of the room is attractive and comfortable, the facilities are okay, for the variety of food there are quite a lot for the taste needs to be improved, for the satisfactory service thank you the next time I can come back again

Overall the hotel is clean, complete facilities. The room feels like an old hotel, but still okay. The toilet uses a bidet and there is no spray hose (jet spray). Stayed here during Eid holiday and 2 out of 3 rooms booked did not get towels + mats (only delivered to the room after asking), maybe because housekeeping was too busy handling the room. The AC is very cold. The swimming pool is clean and has a special pool for children. Spacious parking lot. There is a cafe across from the hotel and near the wedangan stall. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

Approaching special, only some equipment may need rejuvenation, such as shower. The staff service is less responsive, it takes several calls to meet needs but it is understandable maybe because it is Eid, it could be because the staff is limited and the hotel occupancy is high.

It's been my 3rd or 4th stay here nothing failed..everything was satisfying in fact the last stay was given an executive room because the deluxe was under maintenance thx sunan

When checking in, the deluxe room was under renovation so we upgraded to the executive room. The staff were all friendly, the food had a lot of variety and was delicious.

Great, the swimming pool has large warm water too.

In terms of comfort and cleanliness, the only thing that is unfortunate is that from the beginning I chose this hotel because it had a bathtub, but when I arrived suddenly the room was said to be under maintenance then I was upgraded for free, but instead there was no bathtub (the upgrade actually reduced the facilities), and there was no notification far in advance. So it seemed like I was threatened and had arrived in a hurry but it turned out that the room that had been booked was not available.

This hotel is located in an area that is not too crowded and quiet for resting with family, besides the hotel facilities are complete.

This is our third time staying here, everything is very good. I checked in around 1 am on February 25, 2026 because I just arrived in Solo at that time, the receptionist greeted me and prepared everything very quickly so I could immediately enter the room and rest. Thank you

For the second time staying here My favorite hotel, the room is big, there is a bathtub, the swimming pool is really big and what are the 3 choices of pools, it's really fun to swim here, the food is also varied, very satisfying there are no minuses I think hehe thx sunan hotel
