Hotel with a very comfortable atmosphere, very suitable for a vacation and rest comfortably. access to all places for needs and shopping is very good. staff from the front office to the restaurant are ok. delicious breakfast and clean appearance. operators and hotel staff are responsive in responding to guest complaints. the atmosphere is very comfortable to stay .... thank you for a pleasant stay.

the location is good, close to the station, many food vendors near the hotel. the service is good and friendly. the property looks vintage & old generation, needs to be touched up. the cleanliness and comfort of the room are okay. the room is very spacious.

an old hotel that is trying to survive in the present... the location is close to everywhere to find food & souvenirs... guests come and go... there are several families renting rooms for breaking the fast & halal bihalal, the hotel is crowded... the rooms, bathrooms & parking lot are spacious & clean... there is Eid prayer in the hotel parking lot & many people attend... the large prayer room usually holds Friday prayers...

The room is quite big and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, the room was not soundproofed at all. The noises from the street outside was so loud that it woke ua up in the middle of the night! Motorcycles were so loud and annoying. The hotel should really invest in sound proofing their rooms. We wanted to try room service but the food we were ordering was not available. They said they don't normally stock the meats. 🥺. Overall, it was an OK experience for us, could be better.

The breakfast needs to be improved, the bathroom shower was broken, it was fixed but it was still broken, when checking in the room was not ready, I had to wait about 30 minutes even though it was already 3 pm.
