For the restaurant, the avocado juice drink has no taste and the lychee tea is also the same, lacking in taste.

The hotel is good, clean, and consistently well-maintained. The check-in and check-out processes are very quick. It boasts the best location in town, with many recommended street food options nearby. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and most of it is delicious. The central air conditioning system is very cold, so we couldn't adjust the temperature. For the future, the hotel might consider updating the furniture in the rooms, such as the chairs and sofa, as they appear old. More importantly, they really need to replace the towels!

I stayed 2 nights some time after Eid when approaching the end of the Eid holiday. The location is strategic and comfortable. There is a swimming pool and the service provided is quite good. Thank you.

A hotel with good service and responsible staff.

The hotel is an old building but well maintained, the staff are friendly and the soundproofing is also good so you can sleep soundly.

Very nice hotel and quiet in the room. Food is delightful and the distance to the city is very close (5 minutes walk).

The hotel is an old building with some furniture peeling off. The room smells of cigarettes (no 404), the shower is one with the bathtub so I don't feel safe taking a bath there. The water flow is also small. The food is so-so.

This is my first time staying here, because the hotel in front that we usually book is full. We requested a room with a connecting door because we were staying as a family, but we didn't get one because we just checked in at night. But I didn't expect to get a room that exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast is also delicious and varied. Good job 👍👍

The hotel staff service is all friendly

The location is very strategic. Near Paragon, City Hall, Lawang Sewu, and near the mall. What makes it nice is that as soon as you go out you can see the big road. The hotel is clean. If I may give some input, maybe it's time to upgrade the bed and pillows. It's a bit flat. The hotel towels are very clean, white, no stains

Facilities are okay. The only thing lacking from this Novotel is the narrow parking lot and the way out of the parking lot is uphill and winding. Other than that, it's okay.

Clean room and very good service

I came to Semarang to participate in the Semarang 10K event, which fortunately was not far from the Novotel Hotel, precisely because I only stayed one night in Semarang, I really felt helped by Novotel, Comfortable room space, strategic location, comfortable lounge & cafe atmosphere (I smoke, but did not get a smoking room) made the recovery process after a long journey and running, faster. Friendly security officers, who opened the gate portal, even though we were just walking, my suggestion next time provide a small door next to the portal for pedestrians, so they don't hesitate to pass through. Spacious bathroom, but unfortunately, for a 4-star hotel the soap provided doesn't feel like using soap, no foam, not fragrant enough Overall, nothing is perfect, hopefully all the input can be improved If I go to Semarang again, Novotel will definitely be my choice
