The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful during check in and check out. The directions in the hotel area are also very clear, even though I stayed alone I was not afraid of getting lost 😅

Old hotel in need of renovation, kids have trouble with bathroom sink, taps are loud

The lobby is beautiful, coincidentally the first time I got an AC room it smelled, maybe it needs maintenance, the variety of food is interesting and delicious.

Improved again especially the free parking problem because it was not written when checking in initially asking for free parking was trivialized by the front office even though I was staying for 2 nights. When registered the employee was indifferent and did not respond.
