The hotel looks old. AC in our initial room did not work. Room stayed hot all night. Good that they moved us to another room tye next morning. Taking bath on the bathtube is a disaster. Water from the walls flow down to the floor. Wet floor. Breakfast was okay. Almost same food everyday (we stayed 3 nights). Water in indoor pool is very cold. Unable to swim especially if you go there with kids. Overall, we will not stay here again.

The AC in room 308 is hot, it can be hot in the morning after taking a shower. The AC in the lobby is cooler, this is the umpteenth time I have not been comfortable staying at Novotel

Even though it's an old hotel, it's still worth staying here, the breakfast menu is varied, especially since there's a coffee maker and the cakes are delicious. The cleanliness of the room is so-so, but I think it's still comfortable.

because it's my first time, is it true that check in is at 3 pm?? I think all hotels are at 2 pm.
parking is difficult, maybe there is a special security guard who holds the key for parking in the stack.
