The service is very bad or unprofessional.
Today, February 20, 2025, I ordered 2 rooms 510 and 512 connecting door. After opening room 512, it turned out that there were still hotel guests. At first glance, it's a 4-star hotel. How come the system is not organized in input and output of hotel guests.
I was forced to wait at 512 with the promise that it would be ready at 13.00.
Second, I was promised that I could check in at 13.00, but it turned out that I couldn't check in until 15.00.
(past 1 hour from check-in time).
With the reason that the room window was leaking. It should have been informed from the start if there was a room problem. Because I booked 1 more room since morning. While waiting in room 510.
I had been patiently waiting and finally room 512 was given. Wanting to upgrade to the same floor, it was not allowed on the grounds of booking via online booking.
For a 4 star hotel standard, I don't recommend this hotel in terms of service.
