The staff were really accommodating. We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment, while our parents stayed separately. We requested a room closer to ours, and they kindly arranged one just across from our apartment. It was very convenient for our elderly parents. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and hot tub, and our parents enjoyed relaxing on their terrace, surrounded by greenery. It was a truly pleasant and relaxing stay for our whole family. Thank you, Novotel!

Restaurant staff need to be trained again. Especially those who have worked for a long time or are old etc. Maybe they have forgotten what a smile is.

The hotel is a bit old, just average.

The hotel staff service is very good. I got a better room upgrade facility than the one I booked without any additional cost. The hotel area is very children friendly, there are many activities that can be enjoyed in the hotel. And when in the middle of the night there was a little incident in the room that needed the staff's help to clean it, they were very fast response. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean, comfortable and the food is really delicious. Whenever you go on holiday to Bali, you will definitely come back to this hotel.

Great when you're travelling with a toddler. We rented 1 apartment bedroom, which was very spacious. And you have a kids pool, club house, and private beach-this is enough for us. You can always order go-food/grab food and there is 24 hour Circle K in the back. However, refurbishment is needed-the toys in the kids club are quite old, also the rug where kids are sitting looks very outworn. The lady who takes care of the kid is great though. Also for the pool-it is a bit weird, we can not take the floaties to the big pool, which is very close, and had to pay 100-ish to purchase first. Furniture in the room + curtain was also quite dusty-and will need to be hydro-vacuumed. It is comfy, but my kid got her dust allergy within a day.

The hotel has a good swimming pool, spacious, good breakfast, then you can get a 1-room apartment room in which there are 3 bedrooms and there is a private pool, the main thing is that you feel at home there.

- The room is not fresh, looks gloomy, doesn't look new & smells like a septic tank at night. - Check in has no amenities n towels.

This hotel's manager need to train their staff how to work in hospitality. The security at the gate asked me and my friend if we are really check in to the hotel. Maybe because we drive a motorbike. No complete amenities in the room, I needed tooth brush and tooth paste. The staff said they are by request. The room must be include with complete amenities, especially if you claimed your property is 5 star hotel. Before check out I asked for soap and bottle of water, but they never came! If I could back to the time I booked my hotel, I will never stay in this hotel. I pay too much for that kind of service. The staff really need to train how to work in hospitality. And the staff need to be reminded that they work at 5 star hotel, that they work for people who pay for their service.

Post: the staff is friendly, there is a shuttle car to the beach, the breakfast is quite varied, the garden area is neat, clean, green with quite shady trees. Neg: Room facilities are not like 5 star hotels in general. There are no toothbrushes (must ask), no small towels to wipe your hands/face, there is absolutely no mirror in the room (the mirror is only in the toilet). Or maybe it's because of the apartment type, so it gets less attention?

The room is old so it's not comfortable to stay on vacation.

The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is calm and very suitable for holidays with family, the service is very good, friendly and fast responses. Cheap cheap hotel in the 5 star area of Bali.

Very nice place to stay with family. Good facilities, quiet and clean. Very nice and decent size pool. Food is also great. Make sure to get breakfast included in the booking, otherwise will be very $.:) Staff were also nice, friendly and helpful. Will come back again in the future.

-Toiletries are only for 1 person, even though I stayed for 3 people (already ordered an extrabed), I asked for additional, only given for 1 more person. - Standard breakfast menu only. - Swimming pool dirty with leaves. - Room air conditioner is not stable temperature.

I'm sympathetic with the hotel cause of great covid impact. But for 5 star hotel, I expect complete amenities and variety of food choices. The condition of the hotel is great, nothing out of order. The location is in Nusa Dua business district, so it 's very close for meeting purposes.

Good hotel the 3rd rime we spent holiday here. But in 2022 Nusa Dua seems quite than Ubud, Seminyak and Muta. Bali collection still 15 % open, beach club close.
